NEPA Community Health Care Board of Directors
Members of the community and the patients we serve have volunteered their time and expertise to serve on our Board of Directors. Based on our FQHC status, federal guidelines dictate the composition of our board of directors and their responsibilities. Our board is comprised of at least 9 members. Of these members, 51% must be patients of the health center. Board members must be representative of the community and patient population served by the health center and must be selected for their expertise in relevant subject areas. The guidance of our directors ensures the integrity of our organization, utilizing their professional experience and personal connection to our community.
